WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
ODE TO YOU works on a made-to-order basis. Every bag will be handmade and shipped within 5 to 10 working days from the placement of the order.
At the moment shipping is possible within European Union. Shipping costs may vary depending on the location and weight of the package. You will receive accurate shipping cost calculations at the checkout.
Delivery time varies from location to location and more concrete timing will be indicated at the checkout as well.
DO YOU DO LOCAL PICK-UPS?
Yes! At the checkout indicate that you would like a local pick-up and you will receive an email to arrange the pick-up in Mechelen.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted within the period of 14 days of you receiving the order. To receive a full refund, products must be in their original state.
Please note, that the return shipping costs will not be covered by ODE TO YOU.

In the case of using a bank transfer, your purchase will be made and shipped once your payment is received.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Order cancellation is possible within 48 hours from order placement. Once the order is in production, cancellation is not possible.

HOW TO CARE FOR LEATHER?
Follow these 3 easy steps to keep your leather products beautiful and clean for a long time:
STEP 1: GENTLE CLEANING
Keep your leather bag clean by regularly brushing it with a soft, clean cloth. Use a slightly damp cloth on calf leather to remove any dirt or stains. Use a dry (or, if necessary, a slightly damp) cloth on salmon leather and brush it gently in the direction of the scales.
STEP 2: PROTECTING
After cleaning, use a leather protector spray. Test the product on a small surface and let it dry. Check for any changes in colour & texture. If no changes appeared, gently spray the rest of the exterior surface and let it dry.
STEP 3: STORING
When your bag is not in use, place it in the dust bag and store it in a vertical or horizontal position in a dry and dark place. Before storing, make sure your bag is empty, all the dirt & dust is wiped off and it is 100% dry. If needed, stuff it with tissue paper to keep its shape.
DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?
Every ODE TO YOU product comes with a free-repair warranty for production mistakes and any wear marks. Other issues that were not caused by production mistakes or regular wear can be fixed upon the agreed price. For repair contact email@example.com
